Actually never give up is the key

it' s very challenging, when i tried to motivated some staff to speak english in every wednesday and friday. one of shocking things when I realized , outsourching staff more aware to learn and speak up. Ghosh!!! incridible to realized.

Finallly I've arrived in Ngurah Rai airport. I feel amazing. Coz no one of loison officer pick me up. Alone, try to find small musholla. I got it in small room, and wait for mukenah, coz it was keep on my travel bag. Oh Ghosh!! how could I forgot to put in my hand bag.


I come to Bali as english adjudicator ( a person that selected as English debating Jury) of Indonesian Varsities English Debate. It's very big effort. I left many job in office. My brain flew in many reason. Create idea is not easy as it it is.

I never realize work in academic field, but i get in habit with all activities since i was student in two state university in medan. sometimes life is mystery that always come behind the story.

Yup, i go alone there, hope get the sprit of inovation.
I think I got it. I remember every moment of glory as real "activist and true student" if i can admit it...

well, in the dream land I try to put my goal as fast as wave that forward. to be someone that can do something for surrounding.


I realized to be trainer o f debating need process, just transfer sprit and knowledge in debating that apply as critical method process.
